All parishes are experiencing an estimated 40% increase in property and liability coverage. The registration fees include the Books and Retreat Fees for the year. No refunds will be made after books have been issued to the student.

CCE fees for families with multiple students are set on a sliding scale. Please see the Director of Religious Education for more information.

The CCE office is looking for donations of the following items:

• Copy paper (letter size and 11x17)
• Bottled water (8 oz.)

• CCE Registration is Closed.
  
  
• No CCE Classes for Fall Break (October 13-16). Classes resume Sunday, October 20.

• Maximum of three absences allowed.
  
  
• Three tardies equal one absence.
  
  
• School events are not excused.
  
  
• A doctor's excuse must be turned in at the time the student returns to class if an absence is due to illness. Parents are responsible for a written excuse to be turned into the CCE office upon return to CCE. After this the absence will be automatically recorded as an unexcused absence.
  
  
• If a student is experiencing symptoms or has been exposed to someone that is ill, they should not attend CCE class.

• It is the responsibility of the parent to pick up classwork in the event the student does not attend class.

There is no food program this year, due to the number of food allergies and health codes regarding food in the classrooms.

Food/snacks of any kind are NOT PERMITTED in the building during CCE class time. (This includes candy, gum, and any beverage except water.) Any snacks/food items must be finished before entering the building. Catechists and parents are not to bring in or send in any type of food/snacks.

Parents: Please be sure students have breakfast/dinner before arriving at class. 

Cell phones may not be used during CCE or Mass. All electronic devices such as a cell phone, smartwatch/game/iPod, or other electronic device MUST BE TURNED OFF during Mass, CCE class time, or any CCE event.

If found in use (i.e., text messaging, playing games or on a phone call) during CCE class/event or Mass, the phone/device will be confiscated.

• A parent or legal guardian can NOT serve as the sponsor for their child.
• Sponsors are required for the sacraments of Baptism and Confirmation only.
• There are NO sponosrs for the sacrament of First Holy Communion.
• Sponsors must be eighteen (18) or older; be practicing Catholics and must be FULLY INITIATED (have received the sacraments of baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation) in the Catholic Church.
• If a sponsor is married, they must be married in the Catholic Church.
• Sponsors must lead a sacramental life and attend Mass each Sunday and Days of Obligation.
• A sponsor must provide proof of sacraments and return the Sponsor Information Form by September 30, 2020.
• If the proper documention is not provided by the date indicated a sponsor (a Catechicst or DRE) will be assigned for the student.

No registration will be accepted without proper documents (original long form birth certificate/sacrament certificates as applicable). All forms must be original.
